I have a thing for the Ames Instruments, which are a pair of two-way radios that are only $130. The units I received, the Kenwood-style, are an absolute steal. They have a volume knob next to the speaker, and they also have a control that allows you to control the volume on the speaker without having to take your hands off your keys.
The Ames Instruments are an improvement over the standard Kenwoods. They are a little more expensive, but you get what you pay for in other respects. For example, the Ames Instruments feature a much larger volume knob, but don’t have the volume knob that’s on the Kenwoods. It’s also nice that they have a volume control on the speaker, which is always a nice touch. I’ve always wanted to try one of these.
For $110, you can get a Kenwood speaker that is the size of a childs arm, but no sound is coming out of it. Instead you get a speaker that is bigger than the size of a childs arm. The Kenwoods are loud and the Ames instruments are small. However, the Ames instruments also work well in a home theatre. Ive had one of these for a few years.
I have had this speaker for a couple of years, and a Kenwood speaker so I dont know if its the speakers or the microphone. I think it is the speakers. Its a pair of Kenwoods and a pair of Ames instruments. They are all similar in size.
At first I was a little hesitant to hear it in person because I was scared that it would be too loud, but it sounds amazing. I love the sound of this thing. I wish it had a little more bass.
The Ames is also a great speaker, but a little smaller. It is the Kenwood and Kenwood is the Ames.
Like I said, this thing is great and I love it.
Speaking of AMES instruments, I have come across a couple of other AMES instruments, but nothing like this one. One is a pair of Ampex and the other a pair of Shure. In my opinion, the Shure is the best of the bunch. It is a little bit larger and a little bit more expensive than the Ampex. I bought mine from Best Buy.
They are the same size. The Shure is a little bit more expensive. It looks like a pair of Bose or Aventon headphones. There are no bass. Also, the Shure is one that I wouldn’t want to wear under a robe. The Ampex is a little bit smaller and a little bit more expensive and I don’t know if that’s a good thing.
The Ampex is a good pair of headphones, but I dont think they would work in a normal living room. They are small and uncomfortable to wear. So i dont really recommend them. I think they are a good pair of headphones for the bedroom or for a room that needs a little bass. But otherwise they are great.
