It’s probably safe to say that I read more than most people do in a lifetime. While I don’t count everything I read as a day’s worth of reading, it’s a lot of the time. I often say that I read more than I actually do.

I guess, that is why I love reading books and movies. I love the way they read to me. I love that you can get to the same point quicker if you start from a different angle. When I read a book, I don’t mind the beginning, I usually have a good idea where I’m going. In movies, I love that they know what I want to see. For books, I love that I can go back and read past chapters.

I read a lot of books. I like to read a few at a time because I can get lost in the story. I find it easier to read a book if I’m still not completely sure what I’m going to be reading. I also prefer to read in the morning. I am able to get in the mood because I still have my coffee in hand.

At the end of the day, reading is reading, it doesn’t matter if its fiction or non-fiction. I don’t think every reader would agree with me, but I agree with a lot of it. I love books that are not just about the characters, but about the ideas that go into them. I love books that are about how the story is told, and how the reader experiences it.

Okay, as much as I enjoy reading, I have to admit that I am still a bit of a casual reader. I don’t read books for pleasure, I read books for the information that they contain. If I want to know more about the characters, I might find out the names of their parents, or their favorite food, but I will read a book to know how the characters live their lives.
